Click here to see what we know so far about progress on the various priorities. How did we gather input? In April, we hosted an interactive neighborhood workshop to get input from residents in the 3 neighborhoods around the park on their priorities and suggestions for the park renovation. Approximately 40 people participated. We also gathered written input through bilingual questionnaires, one-on-one surveys in the park, and social media (Nextdoor, Facebook, Pinterest, and this website). If you like numbers and spreadsheets, you can download the raw data here: You can also flip through the slideshows at the bottom of this page to visually see the workshop input in its original form. Additional prior input was already collected via a Ford Birthsite Place Game Workshop (see results) and a Public Input Meeting conducted by the city (see results). |

What happens now?
This information has all been reviewed with Pat Slaven, the city park planner working on this project. She is now working on drafting designs that would incorporate the highest priorities and most feasible suggestions. Check out the process page for where we stand on the project as a whole, and what we know so far about progress on specific neighborhood priorities. In the meantime, there are lots of ways that you can help out! Groups are forming to roll up our sleeves on some of the aspects that WE and neighbors can help make happen! See how you can pitch in!
